Jessica L. Cleary

Jessica L. Cleary is an associate in the Providence office of Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick. After attending Westfield State College in Massachusetts, where she graduated in 1997, she attended  Roger Williams University School of Law, graduating  in 2000. Upon graduating, her first position was at the Women's Center of Rhode Island, as a court advocate for victims of domestic violence.  From 2001 to joining Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick, Jessica was an associate at the Boston based law firm Morrison Mahoney, where she focused her practice on representing businesses and employers litigating workers' compensation cases in the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court.   

Jessica's   practice at Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick focuses on representing our Veteran clients in their pursuit of VA Disability benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Board of Veterans' Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims. As an experienced litigator and trial attorney, Jessica also handles personal injury and other litigation matters for the firm's clients.

Jessica is  admitted to practice before the Unites States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit. Married, with two children, Jessica  balances her busy professional and family life, and ,when time permits she enjoys riding  Harley Davidsons  with her husband.
