Vincent Chisholm has been a trial attorney since 1954 and received the Order of Commendation from the Supreme Court of Rhode Island in 1980. In 2008, Vincent was awarded the Ralph B. Semenoff Award for Professionalism, the highest award given to a Rhode Island lawyer each year. J. Scott Kilpatrick is vice president of the Rhode Island Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has been a featured speaker for the National Business Institute and the Rhode Island Bar Association on issues such as ERISA claims and litigation and trial evidence in federal and state courts. Robert Chisholm is a former two-term president of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) and was the first President of the Veterans Attorneys Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on veterans issues, having addressed veterans lawyers and professionals around the country as well as judges of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Federal Circuit Court.
